I really appreciated the communication after I made my purchases. The folks I interacted with were super polite and truly supportive regarding my order. Whenever I had inquiries or issues, I received a prompt reply from an actual person! And check this out, I was in need of my ring by the 12th, but it was supposed to arrive on the 16th. They managed to deliver my ring on the 12th at 9am, which was 6 hours ahead of my wedding, and my wife was over the moon!!!

Do Amore has been awesome throughout this entire Coronavirus situation. I placed my order for an engagement ring well ahead of my proposal plans, but then the pandemic hit and their production got halted. After chatting with Jase, one of their customer service folks, he sent me a sample ring they use for photos (which was actually the same design but with a different stone and size) that I ended up using for the proposal. They’ve been super accommodating and helpful, and I’m excited about possibly working with them again for the wedding bands!

After settling on my first choice, I stumbled upon a third stone. I was worried Krish might be frustrated, but he was totally cool about it and kept giving me great advice. In the end, I chose that third stone, and Krish and his team took care of the setting and payment in no time. They even made sure to ship the ring exactly when I needed it, which was awesome. Plus, Do Amore matched the stone's price and threw in a discount for my bank wire transfer, saving me a good chunk of change.
